I agree it does look like Wengfu is out as far as being an equity partner anyway. Mordi told me they would be in the mix last time I spoke with him. Ha Maybe in building of the plant capacity only.
I don't know what their plans are but this IMO looks to be another "wait and see" deal. I hope whatever they do, they do it with a sense of urgency. Now it has become much more evident why they thought they needed to do this valuation feasabiilty study.
