Spin off all non phosphate related assets to shareholders as originally planned. This would give all Legend shareholders stock in the new company holding vast diamond and gold deposits.

Sell ALL of the phosphate deposits for $1- $2 /ton NOW before constructing fertilizer and beneficiation plants. At a dollar or two per ton, shareholders would receive $4.00- $8.00/share for their Legend stock.

Wishful thinking, but at this point in time I would gladly take $4-$8/ share and stock in the new spinoff company!!

Don't really think that this will happen......unless someone makes Joe G. an OFFER HE CAN'T REFUSE!!!
