I'm not poo-pooing your points, but my question is WHY DIDN'T HE DO THIS FROM THE BEGINNING? Is there any reason why J.G. didn't do this a year ago instead of waiting until now? It just seems to me that they have been taking a lot of precious time finally figuring this out. I'm all for no share dilution, if that's the end result. I have to think that Wengfu doens't want to come in as an equity partner as big as originally thought with LGDI doing this.
