Yeah, but the problem is will the laws change if LGDI wants to sell a majority stake, like it apparently did with Potash in Canada? That's the $64,000 question. I don't know if the Potash deal and the LGDI deal can be compared in the same context, but I would think they could be.

Nomura is the matchmaker, but depending on how the Austrailian government views the sale, that's what will take presidence. Hopefully when a deal is cut they will have worked all those details into account and there won't be any hang-ups.
