and asked him about the spin-off. He wasn't sure himself and said he was going to check with Austrailia and get back to me early next week. He was VERY bullish about what's going on with Nomura and said they expect to have the valuation feasability study done by year's end, not sometime in Q1, so things are progessing faster than what I thought. He said there was alot of interest in the phosphate assets, but could give me an details on who they were talking to.

I'll let the board know what's up with the spin-off when he gets back with me.
