It could also be someone that rode up the shares in December and just took profits the first day of 2011. Volume is big 429K shares traded as I post. I don't like that part.
I hope there's no seriously bad news in store. One would think the smart money would know LGDI should be coming out with some good news shortly on an equity/buy-out partner, unless someone knows something we don't.
