The main item that we are waiting on is the identification and contract signing with a company that will buy phosphate reserves that are in the ground, as LGDI will use this cash to build the plants that are required to make LGDI into a Fertilizer company, as opp0sed to just being an exploratory mining concern.

The cash that is raised from this sale of inground assets will allow LGDI to make this transition from pure exploratory mining company to fertilizer manufacturer without diluting the stock in a substantial way. So we have been told.

The Bankable feasibility study is a required step in securing the sale of assets to a 3rd party.

Now, if Nomura finds a few buyers for the whole company, lock, stock and barrel, we may some interesting movement in the stock.

This may just be a pipe dream, but crazier things have happenned!
