You may want to call the NY office again, and ask the receptionist if Mordi is in the country, or not. I'm not making excuses for his not getting back to you, but he very well might be in Australia or China and be having a hard time with the different time zones as far as returning calls go.

If there were a way to track the travels of the LGDI senior executives, it would be very telling as to where the current negotiations are being held. (China, India ... ...)
