If it takes another 2 weeks or 6 weeks to announce a deal, it is of little significance in the bigger picture. If no deal is announced in 6 months, it may be cause to cut bait and move anchor.

I believe that January 1st 2011 is a good demarcation point for the involvement of Nomura, and that end of June is a fair end point for the finalization of a real working plan, including identified partners, sources of funding, new management ... ... ... ...
