Here are my/your options:

• Sell now and regret it forever when the deal is done
• Hold on to your shares until LGDI is either sold- lock, stock and barrel
• Hold on to your shares until an investor that knows what to do with a fertilizer company buys a controlling interest.

In the mean time, have patience and hang tight. Nomura will broker a deal for the fertilizer, and the Gutnicks may go back to mining for Gold & Diamonds.

IMHO, the spin off will be announced once a deal for LGDI is finalized, and the spin off will be controlled by the Gutnicks. LGDI will earn us all a nice return on our shares before the end of 2011.
