It is only natural to get impatient and frustrated as our choice to buy commodities like fert 3 yrs. ago was correct yet we are nearly out of working capital and have not even broke ground yet!! In fairness to managment there were issues blocking a spin-off at the time,some of which will be resolved with the bankable study release! Everyone keeps saying what happened to Wengfu?It is my guess that they tried to LO-ball LGDI to the point of insulting management and us shareholders if we had heard the offer!

Until now I wanted to keep this for the long-haul,now I only want this co. sold so I can move on!!
