The share price is taking a pretty solid beating this afternoon, and I would like to know who is selling and why.

It doesn't appear to be an insider, so I will still classify this as a "Major Buying Opportunity", but strongly request the LGDI management team to put out a notice letting the shareholders know where things stand. A little confirmation would go a long way.
