It seems like management doesn't just want to keep coming out with meaningless press releases all the time ,as lots of OTCBB companies do. This was a valid update to inform shareholders of the current state of operations, no doubt because of PK getting Agoracom to contact the company.

I, like most of you, have been waiting a VERY long time for this company to get moving and start operating and generating revenues. The main update in the release, besides the expanded feasability study(to build a bigger plant) is the mention of Nomura having a "shortlist of key interested parties that are conducting due diligence and site visits." Also, the following statement should be read into a little further:

Legend expects successful completion of this process, resulting in the partnering with a major fertilizer industry corporation, in the coming months.

I would love and welcome someone coming in and buying the entire phosphate deposits. Maybe they needed all of this feasability studies done by Wengfu to get this accomplished. A perfect scenario would be if Wengfu and a partner purchase the entire operation.

ONE BILLION TONS OF PHOSPHATE AT ONE DOLLAR PER TON= $4.00/SHARE
