Developing phosphate interests in the Georgina Basin, Queensland, Australia

I believe we're trading @.80 now, not $1. IMO the Street either doesn't believe that LGDI has the rock they claim or they're waiting for some sort of confirmation from a potential partner/buyer to confirm what the study claims. I would suggest the latter. When you think about it that makes sense. When you put an actual value on what the phosphate assets are or what someone is willing to pay that's where the rubber meets the road. When a deal is finally struck we'll know what the resources are worth.

If, for example, they sell all the assets they could conceivably have 55 billion tons of recoverable rock, but only get paid for 45 billion tons. We know we're way undervalued, but until there is a value put on what is sold or partnered for I think the Street is obviously going to stay cautiously low about the value of their resources. JMO
