All the Longs in LGDI are weary of waiting for the good news to come, but I'm like you, still holding and hoping for the best. I think we all have to keep the big picture in prospective and that's it takes time to negotiate selling/partnering a property of this magnitude.

I'm still confident the deal will get done.

I could see myself holding until the funding is completed. That would be worth the wait.
