Posters want to hear facts, not crap about insiders posting on this board. I don't care who posts here just give some REAL facts concerning what's going on with this company, not that you think it's all crooked and a scam from Gutnick. There are too many big investors in this Company that indicate otherwise and they haven't sold one single share.

Yes, companies do spend and burn through their money. That's why LGDI has Nomura seeking a buyer or equity partner for the LGDI project. They need money and yes, I'm sure the potential partners are doing thourough DD for the phosphate holdings before a deal is annouced. Events like this take time. I'm as unhappy as any shareholder that it's taken as long as it has, but if it's done correctly the time being taken may not be out of the ordinary.

As a Long, I just want to see the phosphate project move forward with a solid equity partner and you haven't given any factual reasons for me to think it won't.
