I agree this is excellent news IMO. Tells me the project will indeed move forward.

I wasn't aware of a copper mine closing there in Mt. Isa, so you know the people in that area need and want this phosphate plant to open replacing those lost jobs. Sounds like some of the locals are looking for some money to keep them from complaining about the new plant. If the area has been deemed industrial I don't see how they have a leg to stand on. I'm sure at the end of the day the money the plant will bring to the community will trump these other concerns, but everybody's got their hand out.

These prices are an excellent buying opportunity.
