Another thing I gleaned from the Walker interview that I wasn't aware of is LGDI still has to get approval from the folks there at Mt. Isa to build the plant. I thought that was already a done deal. It stands to reason nothing would be annouced on an equity partner deal until they have been given the approval to build the plant there at Mt. Isa and until all the T's are crossed and I's dotted with that moving forward.

My point being that until ALL the groundwork has been laid and completed it wouldn't even be appropriate to annouce an equity partner.
