I don't remember Legend ever stating that they were in negotiations with NMDC.

As such, MineMakers didn't beat us to deal with NMDC. Legend may be speaking with other parties entirely, and never have even engaged with NMDC.

Hopefully Legends deal is still alive, and moving forward, and will be announced soon.

The message back to the Gutnicks is that deals are being done, and they need to keep us investors informed of their progress ASAP.
