Watching LGDI trade at 45 cents is disgusting!!! This is probably one of the worst stocks that I have EVER owned in my life!! I own way too much and will not be buying more until a deal is done with another party. Then I will re-evaluate the situation. Isn't the actual PHOSPHATE ROCK worth $*****????!!!!!

WTF is this worth?? I can't figure it out.

What I can figure out is that GUTNICK pulling in a MILLION dollar + salary/year with unlimited expenses, and three other executives pulling in around 400K/year is EXCESSIVE to say the least. Also, this whole AXIS relationship is a JOKE.They provide all services and charge a 15% service fee on top of it.For example:

During 2010, AXIS charged the Company A$7,003,453 in management fees including salaries incurred in relation to AXIS staff that provided services to the Company.

I WOULD LOVE TO SEE A BREAKDOWN OF THAT $7 MILLION, ALTHOUGH I AM SURE THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN!!
