I disagree! If Soros loses his $30m on this deal I can't image he will loose any sleep. Lets make a quick comparison:

Soros - Total Portfolio $21B...... LGDI as a % of assets is at 0.15% or $31.5M (a rough estimate of his initial purchase cost)

Joe Investor - Total Portfolio $100K...... LGDI as a % of assets (similiar to Soros') 0.15% or about $150.00.

With that said, Mr.Soros really isn't losing that much if this deal goes under. You guys really need to keep things in perspective. I once held a large position in the past and currently still hold a small position, but the outlook is not very good on LGDI. Gutnick has failed several times in the past and has been paying himself $1m a year out of shareholders pockets. This is a guy that has money, but still feels he deserves that kind of salary on something that hasn't even left the ground. Really makes you question shis ethics.
