Below is the 2010 compensation for the executives and board and totals approx. $2.3m. These salaries are outrageous and unethical for a non revenue producing company. If these guys were truely bought into this project they would take compensation primarily in stock. It would show me they have an incentive to get the job done.

I undersatand and agree with all of the points you have made in your post. However, the more this drags out and the more shares they issue, the more I question their motives. I understand the land is valuable and the leases are valuable, but they need $800m - $1b to get this off of the ground. Until the financing is secured and the project moves forward, there is no true value to these shares, unless you can put a $ amount on the land/leases.

Executives:

  1. Jospeh Gutnick - $876,588.00
  2. Peter Lee - $394,637.00
  3. Craig Michael - $436,460.00
  4. Edward Walker - $302,990.00

Directors:

  1. David Tyrwhitt - $66,000
  2. Dr. US Awasthi - $60,000
  3. Dr. Allan Trench - $66,000
  4. Henry Herzog - $66,000
