If the process does not go as planned, which is unlikely, we have multiple alternative plans. Getting cash will not be a problem especially given the current climate for fertilizers and the quality of our asset. We would have absolutely no problem securing offtake of any product we may make which would be enough guarantee for a bank if we desired bank finance. You can be sure that Mr. Gutnick, as the major shareholder, has concerns that are aligned with yours. We are confident a deal will be done and our cash position is not causing us concern at this stage.
