I'm skeptical a deal is in place at this time with the share price trading where it is currently. In fact, it would be my suspicion that the drop we've seen in the shares in the last few monthes could be because a possible deal fell through. It's amazing to me that the share price is as low as it is strictly because the reserve valuations of the phosphate alone should make it over $1 presently. I'm still holding, but I getting very tired of waiting.
