I hate to say it, but until someone is willing to step up to the plate and get behind them with some money the shares will continue to suffer and why would any funds touch it before then? That's why the shares trade with such volitility, it's just light volume moving it around.

IMO they are either asking too much for a partner to come onboard with them or any prospective partners are waiting to see how it all goes with getting the plant leases finalized before committing to the project.
