PK, I wouldn't disagree with your premise that this annoucement does add value to a potential partner's view of what LGDI is bringing to the table. However, IMO this is not really anything new. I remember the CC they had up in N.Y. with Wengfu when they explained what the aluminum floride business would bring in profits and how lucarative it could be for them, so in that context it's kind of obvious that they would have potential customers for the A.F. when it comes to market.

What I'm hoping this annoucement is saying is Alcoa expects the A.F. business to be there for them at some point in the future and being produced by Legend. I'm hoping that's what's being implied, however it may just be a general statement saying IF it's there we're interested in buying.
