They already promised LGDI shareholders the spin off OVER A YEAR AND A HALF AGO and I for One will hold them at their word. I expect to get my spin off shares, like they promised.
That's of course if they ever coax someone to partner with them in this phosphate deal. I'm becoming skeptical of that ever happening.
