There is something going on today that needs some explaining for sure.

Over 800,000 shares traded during market hours, and another 350,000 shares traded after hours.

This is no ordinary trading going on. These look like prearranged transactions. Is a partner beginning to accumulate as of today? That might be wishful thinking, and we need the company to fill us in.

LGDI management, I feel pretty certain that you monitor this board.

Please call a shareholder conference and explain what is going on.
