This is a VERY interesting article. It says alot about the problems they seem to be having at Mt. Isa. and may well be the reason for the hold up of the whole show, if fact this article almost infers it. I don't know what the motives of the Mt.Isa city counsel are, but the state government may have to intervene to get them moving.
