Have you corresponded with C. Michael lately and has he said anything new from what's been said the last 6-8 monthes? That all is well and they continue speaking with a lot of interested parties, while the share price continues to fall.

Another point I would make, only if not only food for thought, is it possible the silence from management could be from a deal being done now and they can't speak to it for that reason? I don't know if that could be the case, but just thought I would throw it out there.
