That sounds like pretty much what's been said in the past and the part about the state government doing somethng with the EIA if the MI city council didn't move faster was confirmed in the news article posted the other day.

I hope you're right with your suspicions and I think we can all agree the increase in share volume bodes for something happening. IMO it would have been easier on us as shareholders to know that our shares are being diluted because an equity partner is coming onboard, as opposed to see the shares sell down the way they have and not know WTF is going on.
