Of course it is all future "plans". Doubt this will move the needle on the share price, but at least it is another public statement now including the Indian gov't. Iffco bought most of their shares at $.60. Wonder why they have allowed this SP to dip to current levels if they are still a major investor?

With the cash that Iffco has - why don't they finance the Mt. Isa plant? Or Soros Fund Mgmt for that matter? Or Alcoa?
