We can all appreciate your wanting to devulge what's happening now and has been going on for some time with these people, but I'm not sure what it will accomplish in the end. They can promise the moon, then not deliver, but I'm not sure if that indeed breaks any laws.

Gutnick has had a checkered past with his dealings and we were all aware of that fact a long time ago. If LGDI doesn't survive, the little people like us lose. The only way we might have some recourse would be if they at some point attempted to take the company assets private after a possible bankruptcy. I personally don't know how it would legally all play out, but I think we would be screwed.
