Ubenewbe, that's what confounds us all. What indeed is the REAL problem? Why can't these people come to some sort of terms with all these interested parties? Is it worth it to Gutnick to sink LGDI and not sell the resources short? Are they asking too much from these potential partners to get a deal done? All the pieces of the puzzle seem to be in place with the exception of the Mt.Isa CC, as far as getting the regulatory issues finalized and that shouldn't be a big hurdle to jump.

IMO it has to be something the company is asking too much for or the companies they're negotiatiing with are playing hard ball with them and they can't come to terms. One would think at some point, after X amount of failed negotiations that this management would figure out that something has to change to get a final result. The share price certainly is reflective of that not happening yet.
