I haven't - I have the same take as about everyone else - other than the fact I believe the share volume indicates a capital raise. IFFCO was in for a large chunk at $.60 back in 2009 or so. Just a guess, but maybe they agree to do the rock plant/financing/etc for another chunk of shares that gets them above water.

Hard for me to believe that a million plus shares have traded over the past month from just retail investors.

In either case, something needs to get done yesterday. This is ridiculous.
