IMO Slager is no fool, and he is holding 30M shares of Legend in his Attara fund of which he has not sold a single share.

It is my understanding that the shares he sold are from a different fund (Greenway) which is closing down, and he is liquidating all of Greenway's holdings, not just LGDI.

He appears to be protecting his larger investment in LGDI at Attara Capital, and therefore did not drop all of the Greenway held shares at one time.

At this point, the upside for LGDI is much stronger than the downside.

Moving into 2012 I am once again "Long & Strong on LGDI.

One parting wish for the New Year - Mr Gutnick, please schedule a monthly shareholder phone call for the next few months to help us all understand what's really going on in your ivory tower!
