You said “I have never been spoken to like this by anyone … “ well it is about time that you listen to your investors and shareholders, and take note.

If you were running a real business you would have been bankrupt long ago.
There was tremendous opportunity to build a phosphate business and you had
the funding to do so at one point. The money was squandered, as you looked
for one big deal after another, instead of focusing on building a business.
But, I don't want to harp on Legend.

In my opinion, you and your father completely ignored your fiduciary responsibilities in
regard to NCRC.

You made false promises as to the registration time frame for the stock,
and have accomplished nothing in over five years.

It is about time that someone talks straight talk to you, and I feel badly
that no one has been this open with you before. You will have to give an
accounting in front of G_D at some point, and I feel very sorry for the
position that you have gotten yourself into.
