That cash flow IMHO is a misnomer and not classic cash flow, which is from operations. That which they describe should be considered financing and JV agreements, which has nothing to do with cash flow from mining operations. The cash in question is from a PP on 5/15 for $4.4 million and JVs with X State and OCR. I spoke to the company a month or so ago and at that time there was roughly $3 million left from those proceeds. That's more than enough to complete current drilling schedule with time to announce the results of that initial drilling. The drill is called a "truth machine", because the results end all the talking. Either you hit economic grades or you don't. In this case, if Briscoe proves his pipe thesis with the historic grades in the area or .6 - .7(that's of 1% or 12 - 14 lbs/tn), LBSU stock will explode, because U grades in that range are truely exceptional. Grades like that will produce $1200 - $1400/tn. Keep in mind the average grade for a uranium mine worldwide is .12. We should have some results in a month or two. It will certainly be an exciting time.
