And the Mesa Agoracom relationship has ended.
I've been in contact with Mesa management and they tell me that they have no plans to raise capital at this low, low price as that would result in unneccessary dilution for current shareholders, and that they feel they have sufficient capital to pursue an "appropriately aggressive" drill campaign in 2008.
I would also add (my comments not theirs) that pounds in the ground are currently valued at around 7 bucks for hard rock explorers in friendly territory. If Mesa were to prove out Moonshine Springs to 2.5 million pounds, like Denison's nearby property, it should have a 15 million dollar value for Mesa's market cap.
Mesa is currently trading at just over a 3 million dollar market cap.
They also might have further luck at Lisbon Valley, or the Breccia Pipe JV.
