Very interesting. Briscoe applied for an OPIC grant. But did he receive it?

If so, what amount? What terms? When does the check get cut?

If this is actually going to happen based on a grant (?!!!) I'm going to drive to LBSU headquarters to shake Briscoe's hand.

But I can't help being extremely skeptical. Even though I am quite pleased with today's price and volume.
