Right on geo. We were led to believe they would continue to drill the Elle deal, and there was money in that account. Maybe Xstate pulled the plug. Who knows, but if something like that happened it is "material" and we should have been told in a "timely way". That in quotation marks is US SEC law. Briscoe should know this.

I don't think if there is interest, a possible JV partner at BC will bite until after the big vote in Alaska which is this month. At this point that might be our only possibility.
