VP, thanks for the great post. Yes, we find bashers always hate when companies move to AGORACOM because they are simply shut right out of the conversation.

We concur 100% that this is not meant to be a cheerleading community. Good, hard and insightful questions are always welcome as this provides management with an opportunity to provide the best answers possible. True investors will understand that management of any small cap company won't have the perfect answer or solution ... but are always moving towards it.

What we don't allow are people who clearly want nothing more than to be critical of a company for the purpose of bashing or casting aspersions. The biggest resource companies on the planet have a difficult time meeting their goals, so critics that want to hold small caps to a higher standard will be shown the door.

The purpose of this community is to provide fast, clear and transparent information for the benefit of investors and prospective investors that believe in the long-term merits of the company's assets and management team as it strives to achieve its goals.
