Sounds like you have doubts about that poster's question. But just in case it is genuine, I will offer one observation. LBSR has never, to my knowledge, tried to SELL a property. It has always seemed to me that, for good or ill, Jim Briscoe never wanted to sell any of his claims, but always looked for JV partners and PPs. I think he has such a strong belief in the potential of the claims that it wasn't an option (for him) to sell--or at least not at a price he felt reflected the potential. Just my thought.
