1) AK land records show some type of transfer of properties to NAK. One test boring there, announced never made, seemed quite prominsing. LBSR had 7 or so Pebble like properities. EPA barriers existed though LBSR prelim drilling had sort of Joint venture with native Alaskan folk.

Pebble project and the entire region is volcainic caldera with beleived largest metals mine in world. Northern Dynasty is largest company in there and has many investors and potential for takeover.

2) North Pipes Project- LBSR has entered into a non disclosure agreement on very mineable holdings of many Brecia Pipes with known Uranium, and EPA cleared stakes. This has potential for Joint Venture.

3) Hay Mountain project. Copper Porphery, Huge structures acknowledged by ZTEM. Also Rare Earth properties acknowledged by ZTEM and consitent with geology of copper mines. Not too far from famous and historice Bisbee mine. One post said potential $100 Billion project.

4) A lawsuit which seems not to have high potentail for success, against LBSR.

5) Recent payment of AZ claims and new source of financing.

6) Naseba presentation in Mumbai, and mid October scheduled in China. Talks with China have begun.

7) Expected further releases of ZTEM details. talks underway with other potential collaborators such as for Rare Earths. US strategically lacks rare earths.
