This actually raises as many questions as it answers. You'd think all these Western mining companies (US, Canada, Australia--like Rosemont) would have a great desire to get a piece of Arizona, especially with the biggest potential in Alaska locked up in the Pebble controversy. Yet LBSR is still courting Indian and Chinese companies. Some of these companies like Rio and Freeport already have their mines in Arizona, but I'd think there are some that would want to get in on this area. Is it possible they've made offers that JB was not satisfied with?
