I follow the LBSR suit in the Alaska Court System at:

http://www.courtrecords.alaska.gov/eservices/home.page.2

1- When you get there click on the 'Click to Begin' icon in the lower left corner which takes you to the 'Search' screen which has choices in red.

2- Click on the 'Name Tab' and type in Liberty Star under 'Company Name' which takes you Search Results.

3- Under 'Search Results' go to the far left and click on 'Case Number' (Jan-12-11654Cl)

4- Drag the scroll bar (right side) to the bottom to see the latest 'Docket Information' which is 'Trial Setting Conference' on Nov. 18, 2013 at 3:00pm.
