Looks to me like over about a 15 minute period recently there were 8 trades for either 200 or 500 shares @.02, which works out to $4-10 per transaction. Anyone here that can help explain these to me? I've heard rumors that they are some kind of "signals" before, but if someone more savvy than I (which is most here, probably) knows I'd appreciate any reply.
