VP, a few questions about the Resolution Mine...

It was brought up on the "other" board that the land swap by the Resolution Mine at Tonto National Forest is being challenged by Apache Tribes. Also the environmental impact of block cave mining may be a hold-up. Do you think that this mine may not be opened and therefore the "better" location at HM could come into play?
