Yes apparently, the Chinese do not invest in "green" stage companies as per JB on the tour. This conundrm had crossed my mind too. I knew it was not a question LBSR would or could answer, so I tried to figure out what other answer would work. Like maybe the "green" rule refers to PRC govt. and private investors are not included in this? I even looked at the NASEBA website and there is a list of 21 or 22 investment companies they seem to represent. I hope the mystery is solved soon.
