"Liberty Star expects to start negotiations soon on a mutual non-disclosure non-compete letter with a major global mining company that may lead to talks and perhaps a joint venture regarding the development of the Hay Mountain Project."
Though encouraging, this news is somewhat nebulous for the present. I'm not sure the market will take it to heart. More news may be needed regarding related progress. If things proceed as JB appears to be anticipating, I am imagining that LBSR may be able to keep far more than 10 percent of the project by the time the mine goes into development.
Recall here that 10 percent of what may become a 100 billion dollar project is worth around one dollar per share. At any rate, and should this come to fruition - the JV - this will be a major coup for JB at a time when other explorers are going out of business.
Bravo, JB, and much thanks for this shareholder.
